Interbay Golf Center Tournament Play Policy |
|
The following policies are intended to make all tournaments run smoothly and to make sure that our mutual expectations are clear. If you have any questions regarding this tournament policy, please contact the Tournament Coordinator. We reserve the right to exercise our discretion for items that may not be mentioned below. |

Various packages are available with Food and Beverage options, Golf Instruction, Tournament Scoring, Logo Golf Balls, etc. Our Tournament Coordinator will be happy to assist you with the details. |
- To schedule a tournament, please contact the Golf Tournament Coordinator at Interbay. The Coordinator can tell you which dates are available and can send you our tournament packet.
- You may schedule your tournament to tee off anytime on the weekdays and weekends.
- Upon approval of the play dates, a contract will be sent to your tournament's coordinator. The signed contract must be returned within 30 days of the mail date and must be accompanied by a non-refundable 10% deposit. The deposit will be credited toward fees due.
- The balance of your fees is due 16 days prior to your tournament date. Any changes to your event must be made prior to this date.
- We ask that all of your tournament players be aware of-and respect-our course rules and pace of play guidelines. Your tournament coordinator will be responsible for making sure that these rules and guidelines are followed for the enjoyment of all.
- Puget Sound weather is unpredictable and all golfers should be prepared for adverse weather conditions.
- We aerify and topdress our greens three times per year: one time each in the spring, summer, and fall. Contact the Golf Tournament Coordinator for tentative target dates.
- In accordance with Washington state law, the entire golf course is a licensed premise. It is unlawful to bring your own alcohol to the facility. We also do not allow ice chests on the course.
- All food and beverage must be purchased through the Interbay Café. All arrangements for food and beverage service should be done through the restaurant manager at the course where you intend to hold your event.
- Power carts may be rented for $12.00 per/cart, pull carts are $4.00 per/cart
- Rental Sets are available for $8.00 per/set
- Range buckets start at $5.00
