2008 JACKSON PARK SUMMER JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM

It’s that time of year! The Jackson Park Golf Course Junior Golf Program has something for everyone this year including camps, clinics, and tournaments. Applications will be taken in person or by mail immediately at the Jackson Park Golf Course Clubhouse. We recommend that you sign up your 7 to 17 year old as soon as possible for best selection of program dates.
Participants who enroll in multiple camps will receive a 5% discount off all additional camps after full price is paid on the first camp!!!

Our popular Junior Golf Camp program offers 4 options this year. All camps offer terrific instruction, golf course play, fun skill games, contests, prizes, delicious snacks and lunch each day. (Little Linker receive morning snack only) Each camp begins at 8:00 am and we ask that participants arrive approximately 10 minutes early so they are ready to go at 8:00. Each camp features a 6:1 Student/teacher ratio.

Little Linkers Camp

The Little Linkers camp is intended for kid’s ages 6 through 10. The emphasis of this camp is to develop new golf skills and have fun! This camp carefully considers golfer stamina, attention span, and skill level. Parents are encouraged to observe. This is a 4 day, 3 hour camp and goes from 8:00 to 11:00 am.

Cost $ 165.00 | Limit 15 Students per camp

Little Linkers Junior Camp Days

 

Beginners Camp

The Beginners camp is intended for kid’s ages 9 through 13. The instructional program prepares a beginning golfer for play. Instruction includes putting, chipping, pitching, full swing (both irons and woods), rules and etiquette. This is a 4 day, 7 hour camp and goes from 8:00 am to 3pm.

Beginners Junior Camp Days

 

Intermediate Camp

The Intermediate camp is intended for kids ages 9 through 17. This camp provides instruction in putting, short game, iron play, wood play, driving, ball flight, bunker shots, rules and etiquette. To enroll in Intermediate camp, golfers must be able to consistently get the ball airborne. This is a 4 day, 7 hour camp and goes from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Intermediate Junior Camp Days

 

Advanced Camp


The Advanced camp is intended for kid’s ages 9 through 17. This camp is designed for kids who would like to develop the finer points of their golf game. The instruction consists of all facets of the game, including bunker play and the psychology of the game. Afternoons will consist of playing the championship course, with emphasis on course strategy and course management. Criteria for enrollment in this camp: golfer must be able to consistently break 100 for 18 holes. This is a 4 day, 8 hour camp and goes from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
